Robin Barrass
Chief Human Resources Officer
Robin joined Regent's Park Healthcare in 2023 and leads the HR team providing strategic direction and vision for our People agenda with a dedicated focus on culture and leadership.
Robin advises the Board on all employment matters across the employee lifecycle with a particular focus on upholding the culture and values of Regent's Park Healthcare.
Robin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with over 30 years of experience as an HR specialist. Robin also holds membership of the British Psychological Society as a registered practitioner of psychometric testing.
He started his HR career working for the NAAFI (Navy, Army and Air Forces Institute) where he oversaw the development and execution of its UK and international human resources strategy. He then moved on to work for a US based lifestyle retailer, a FinTech software company and prior to joining Regent's Park Healthcare, worked for a large family-owned UK manufacturing company.
