Merika Longhurst

Merika joined Regent's Park Healthcare in 2024 to lead on strategic partnerships.

She works closely with the CEO and Executive team to identify new opportunities, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements with key stakeholders and supporting the implementation of new projects. She is passionate about putting patients first, improving healthcare outcomes, and ensuring a gold-standard of customer service.

Merika has a strong background in senior operational and commercial management across several industry sectors. She also brings over five years of experience of working in private hospital senior leadership teams and developing service partnerships with the NHS.

Merika holds an honours degree in Business Management and a post-graduate Diploma in Operational Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
