Long Service Rewards
We want our staff to build their careers with Regent's Park Healthcare. So, we make a point of saying thank you for your loyalty and commitment. We provide 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year and 20 year service awards to all our staff. The award comes with a token gift, too.
Private Medical Insurance
Regent's Park Healthcare understand the importance of keeping our staff healthy and supporting them when they are unwell to ensure they can return to work. We provide generous private medical insurance contributions to all our staff.
Staff and Family Treatment Discounts
We provide 20% discounts to all our staff and their direct families for accessing self-funded private diagnostics or medical treatment at any of our facilities.
Annual Flu Vaccinations
All our clinical staff receive annual flu and Covid-19 vaccinations. We also offer this annual benefit to all our administration and management staff.

The health benefits of cycling are well understood. Illness as an outcome of physical inactivity costs the NHS up to £1 billion per annum, with further indirect costs calculated at £8.2 billion. We offer a tax efficient salary sacrifice scheme for staff who may wish to purchase a cycle.

We believe our employees are in the best position to refer like-minded people into our organisation. Anyone who successfully introduces a new contracted employee into a clinical or non-clinical role through our employee referral schemes will be eligible for a referral bonus.
Charitable Employee Donation Schemes
If you like the idea of making charitable donations without hassle, you can sign up to the to one of our donation schemes. We’ll simply round your net pay down to the nearest pound and donate this to our chosen charities: Across Regent's Park Healthcare, we have set a challenge to raise at least £3,500 each year for charities. Just one pound per month from our 350 employees would generate £4,200 per annum.
