WILTSHIRE, United Kingdom, 14 January, 2019: Regent’s Park Healthcare Ltd. (RPH) – the UK’s leading cardiology services provider – has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 standard for the planning, delivery, continual monitoring and improvement of managed healthcare services.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognised Quality Management System, helping businesses to continually monitor and manage quality across all its operations as well as achieve and benchmark consistent performance and service.
RPH has now joined an illustrious list of other top businesses to receive this certification and the assessors were impressed at the high level of quality provided by RPH services in its various service operations across the UK.
RPH was audited against its senior management’s commitment to quality, its customer focus, adequacy of its resources, employee competence, process management, quality planning, monitoring and measurement of its processes and products and processes to resolve customer complaints.
Matthew Stacey, Managing Director at QMS International (QMS), an independent audit company that inspected RPH said: “RPH showed a highly commendable level of consistency across its specialist facilities ranging from mobile catheter labs, fixed site heart clinics and its industry partnership (innovations) division, considering the number of sites, people, resources required and processes involved. This demonstrates that their systems are working really well and the organisation is committed to the quality of its services.”
